The Lucky Onion is now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our talented brigade in our newly refurbished kitchen at our picturesque country Inn; The Wild Duck in Ewen.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, seasonal foods and provenance, delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections. With experience working as a Junior Sous Chef or in an equivalent role, you will have outstanding culinary skills, creative flair as well as exemplary attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be involved in the smooth running of the kitchen, championing company standards, values and procedures. You will work positively and productively with the Brigade and the Front of House team to ensure consistency of food quality and support the Head & Sous Chef to maintain a motivated and engaged brigade.
