The Lucky Onion are searching for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our highly regarded kitchen team in this exclusive bed and breakfast, No 38, The Park, Cheltenham.
This is a really exciting role for an established Junior Sous Chef to run their own kitchen. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, seasonal foods and provenance, delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections. With experience working as a Junior Sous Chef or in an equivalent role, you will have outstanding culinary skills, creative flair as well as exemplary attention to detail.
This role requires someone who is well organised both in the kitchen and admin, who is a self motivator and is happy to work on their own, reporting to the overseeing chef. This role involves day to day running of the kitchen as well as involvement in the many events and Supper Clubs that take place at No38. Practical knowledge in kitchen management (including hygiene and health and safety practices) is essential.
