This managerial role requires a thorough understanding of bar management and the ability to motivate and manage a staff team. You will thrive in a busy and dynamic environment, retaining a sense of fun, calm and professionalism in equal measure. With a knowledge of craft beers, cocktails and wines, you will have had previous experience of a busy pub, cellar management and training and development of a team.
