Race week runs from 14th-18th March and we are looking for energetic and lively people to join all our sites over race week. Various positions are available, including bar and restaurant roles.

With key locations in Cheltenham and a further three country pubs around the Cotswolds, The Lucky Onion plays a central role in the Race Week celebrations. With special events happening across the group, we need your help to make Race Week unforgettable.

Junior Sous Chef

The Lucky Onion is now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our talented brigade in our newly refurbished kitchen at our picturesque country Inn; The Wild Duck in Ewen.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, seasonal foods and provenance, delivering exceptional, inspired dishes and menu selections. With experience working as a Junior Sous Chef or in an equivalent role, you will have outstanding culinary skills, creative flair as well as exemplary attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be involved in the smooth running of the kitchen, championing company standards, values and procedures.
