Sales and Reservations Agent

The Lucky Onion are now searching for a talented Sales and Reservations Agent to join our friendly and efficient reservations team.

Our ideal candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure. With a natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident taking reservations, liaising with departments and dealing with guest queries.

A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and a great head for figures is a must for this role. You will be organised and efficient with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.

Previous experience working in a busy sales or customer service role and a desire to progress your career in the industry would be a massive plus. Flexibility to work daytimes, evenings and weekends is also a requirement.

Finance Assistant

The Lucky Onion is an expanding group of boutique restaurants and hotels and we are looking for talented people to join our team.

We need individuals that want to work hard, be flexible in approach, supportive of the whole team and have a positive attitude. With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient, ensuring that details are accurately recorded and that financial systems are kept up to date.

Responsibilities include:
• To maintain financial processes and systems, ensuring data is up to date and accurate
• To assist and perform all tasks relating to Income Audit, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger
• To work with staff, suppliers and customers to ensure a prompt, friendly and efficient service

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and hold a professional accountancy qualification (or will be working towards one) and will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Sage.
